Terms of Service

Your account

You're responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your country.

Your content & AI output

You own the content you create. Show Up generates drafts and ideas at your request; you're responsible for reviewing and how you use what you publish. Don't use the service to create unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.

Subscriptions & billing

Show Up offers free and paid plans. A paid Show Up membership bought in the mobile apps is an auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account at confirmation of purchase. It renews automatically for the same period at the same price unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage your subscription or turn off auto-renew in your device's account settings after purchase.

Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. Refunds for purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are handled by Apple or Google under their own terms. Where a paid plan is arranged directly with Show Up instead of through a store, Show Up bills and manages it.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no reverse engineering, abuse of the AI features, scraping, or interfering with other members. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Termination & deletion

You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Show Up is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
